Why choose Summit Property Maintenance:

Professional: I’ve always maintained a professional approach to whatever work I’ve undertaken, especially with regard to starting a job on the day agreed, getting it finished when agreed and importantly at the price that was agreed.

Polite: Nowadays courtesy seems to be found in ever decreasing quantities. I always strive to treat people as I would like to be treated myself.

Pro-active: I always try to go that extra mile, trying to add that little bit extra, which ensures that you remember my work and importantly would recommend me to your friends.

Tidy: I try to create as little mess as possible (although obviously with work that entails an element of sanding this can be difficult - I’ll do my best).

Trustworthy and reliable.

My Charges: Unlike some, these aren’t hidden away or not displayed at all. I am happy to price for the work in question or alternatively I can charge an hourly rate which starts at £18.00 per hour.

There is no VAT to pay: a saving of 20%. I do though make a minimum charge of £30.00 per visit/day. Finally, please also note that I usually only work within Exeter City Centre or within a 5 mile radius.

I’m currently booked up into May with multi day jobs.

A few one off days still available for those smaller jobs.
